Security Tightened at Wreckage of Sunken Superyacht Amid Concerns of Secretive Data
By RT News
Divers surveying the wreckage of the $40 million superyacht that sank off Sicily in August, killing seven, including British tech tycoon Mike Lynch, have requested heightened security due to concerns over sensitive data locked in its safes.
Italian prosecutors investigating the incident believe the Bayesian may contain data linked to Western intelligence services due to Lynch’s connections with British, American, and other intel agencies through his companies, including the cyber security firm Darktrace.
