Here’s what others had to say:
@Jojo44_Racing
NATO trying very bad to find an excuse to enter the war because they finally woke up to the fact Ukraine can’t win without nato armies on the ground!
@dragonslayer7587
Stay safe Dima! I don’t want to see Belarus involved in this, however, with the current US Administration, it seems likely they will push and push until there’s no choice. Thank you for all you do!
@Bringittothetable-ns6zp
Im surprised Russia just doesn’t give 48 hr notice to Kiev to evacuate as it will be turned to dust.
an destroy it.
nato will think twice then.
these criminal’s are hell bent on ww3.
the people sure don’t want it.
majority of Canadians dont want Canada to give money or equipment.
most don’t know trudo declared war by doing this.
love and respect to the Russian people
@maxkazzora4234
If confirmed that Latvia used its territory for Ukraine to use this country then things really have hotted up. A response will be coming to both countries.
@DV80s
I doubt Russia would store large amounts of ammunition in warehouses. I use to work in ammo department in the Army while I was down in Panama and the military stored ammunition in bunkers, different ammunition in different bunkers and the bunkers were separated by a good distance so if one of them exploded, the rest of them would be ok.
My guess is Russia had these items inside of bunkers, so it would take more than some puny drones to pierce into a bunker, so I would say a missile with the ability to pierce a bunker and cause major damage. Perhaps more than one missile since we see a lot of explosions in different areas.
Not an expert here, just offering my views as someone who use to work in the Army and how we stored large amounts of ammunition.
@achillesheel7314
There is no glory to be had in dying for Western Interest conjured up by policymakers of Aspen and Rand Corporation.
@BerneDoodle-i2b
Well. Russia have lost one of its many ammo sites. While ukraine lost 85% of its population, 99% of its economy and have zero chances to ever restore its contry.
@genes.3285
Col. Macgregor said today that it looks like a missile strike, not a drone.
@leezajac8098
The real heros in this war are the young men that reject joining that war. It is so much easier to go to the front an die (like everybody else) instead of rejecting the immense power to do so, getting old with caring for and raising a family! “Love” instead of “War”. We had this so many times before!!!
@MadeleineTakam
The NHS used pagers for doctors, nurses and other medical staff up until 2021. The main market for pagers is hospitals worldwide. Many women and children were injured in Lebanon.
@therealistOba
Russians need to get their defense up and stop letting these people do these to them.
@InscrutableNeo746
Telegram channels like 2 Majors say its Iskander missiles that were stored there in the depot. That was located near to Latvia. Such sophisticated missiles in such numbers shouldn’t have been stored so near the border. Extremely negligent planning by Russians.
@stlouisix1
Russian paratroopers have ambushed Kiev’s forces in Russia’s Kursk Region, eliminating Ukrainian personnel together with several units of hardware, the Defense Ministry in Moscow has said. It also published a video of the operation.
Russian airborne forces are working to dislodge the Ukrainian military from Kursk Region, where a cross-border incursion has been underway since early August, the ministry said in a statement on Wednesday.
In an area near the border with Ukraine, “the timely detection of the enemy and rapid response by the paratroopers allowed to swiftly destroy the opponent’s personnel and armored vehicles,” the statement read. – RT
@peterknezevici8719
Why would the Russians build an ammo depot so close to the latvian border? 2) where was the Russian defense ? 3) stop saying Ukrainians please ! was not the Ukrainians that did this, period !
@chrisbadiata8219
The most interesting things about this war is we already know the endgame. Russia has both the clock and the time…
@denxero
How can it possibly be in Ukraine’s interest to force Belarus to enter the conflict, Dima?
Lukaschenko’s statement is not a proof of your claim, it’s a reaction to a hypothetical.
@samael7867
God, pls give reason to the western leaders, to end that war, and the will to acceped that the world is going to be multipoloar in future..
@niarlatotepbasset
Yes, ammo depot was hit with drones, some 56 of them, and yes, they came from baltic states, that is according to some Russian reports.
@SuperLuky64
If you inform yourself, you will understand that the best drones in the military field reach a maximum of 30 km, no more. The one used to hit that fuel depot was a Storm Shadow missile, programmed with coordinates, certainly not by the Ukrainians. It is up to you to decide who prepared it, and above all fired it, because it is an air-launched weapon.
@johnnycashmiller288
May be it was not ukrainians a nato country did this,the british,u.s. and nato countries are doing this.ukraine not capable of these attacks.
@niarlatotepbasset
And, drone that attacked Murmansk area came from Finland, according to some Russian reports, and I believe that Andrey Martiyanov also spoke about it.
@stlouisix1
Ukraine lost 14,600+ soldiers since start of Incursion into Russia’s Kursk region – Ministry of Defense Briefing.
Over the course of the day, Ukraine lost 400 servicemen and a Leopard tank in Kursk (pre-war West Russia.)
The Russian Armed Forces thwarted 4 attempts by Ukraine to cross the state border near Medvezhye and Veseloye, where Ukraine lost 70 men.
Video shows a NATO armored column, including the Swedish CV90 infantry fighting vehicles & German Marder 1A3, destroyed during an attempt to storm Veseloye, Kursk. – Intel Republic
@arostwocents
The incident shows how high the levels of graft in Russia still are by the fact no hardened area to receive trains and take stuff underground was built
@realgrilledsushi
I wonder if the attack on Russian soil is related to the attack on the military training camp where it is alleged a bunch of military personnel from the Baltic States are killed.
@sutanmudokhalifah
Seeing the course of the war from the beginning, this might have been predictable because when Ukraine suffered a crushing defeat, they would take action to cover up their defeat, usually with phenomenal actions, so in conclusion, the attack on the Russian warehouse was only to cover up the defeat on all fronts by Ukraine, especially Kursk, because there was involvement of NATO troops (Germany, Poland, France), what’s more, Apti Aludinov stated that there was no exchange of prisoners of war, meaning that it is very likely that German, Polish and French soldiers were certain to die there.
@retsdon
Claiming that this bunker damage was done by drones is like claiming that you knocked the house down by firing a 12 gauge shotgun at it. It doesn’t matter if you fire 1,000 SG shells at the walls, all you’re going to do is knock the brickwork about a bit. Same here. The missiles werre stored under meters of reinfoced concrete. As for ordnance being stored on the surface, same story. Even if it’s hit, in the open air the blast will dissipate upwards and outwards along the lines of least resistance, certainly not downwards through meters of concrete. IMHO, the drones were just a cover to provide ‘plausible deniabilty’ for the bunker-busting NATO (probably a stormshadow with the BROACH warhead) strike. The problem is that the plausability part doesnt’ hold up to simple common sense and basic physics. Doubtless the Russians are right now getting their ducks in a row and will reveal the true story once they have all the data collated and organized.
@Ricardo-lb4so
The hit on the russian missile depot is a big win for ukraine, and obviously was prepared in detail with NAto involvement. There’s a good chance, and this is only my opinion, that the weapon involved in this operation was the US-made Reaper MQ-9 drone. Why? Reaper mq-9 has an extensive range of autonomy of 1200 km, enough to reach the target if launched from Sumy or even from Kiev. And, this drone is operated using a Remote operator/GPS tracking system. It also can carry two short range missiles. If NATO used this weapon the attack couldn’t fail whatsoever. Other factor to consiser: the reaper can fly in high altitudes and have evasion systems. Russia should gauge carefully its response as ukraine would have a squadron of these equipments.
