Israeli Police To Be Permitted To Shoot Civilians Blocking Roads

The Israeli government is set to allow police to use live ammunition against citizens who block roads or town entrances during a “multi-front war” with approval from a senior officer, according to a report from the Kan public broadcaster.
Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara has agreed to expedite this legislation, initially proposed by National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir earlier this year.
